PM Modi adds spark to India’s fitness challenge; challenges Karnataka CM H D Kumaraswamy-Table Tennis Player Manika Batra and senior IPS fraternity

Small-Small drops, all counts up to form a massive force when it joins the ocean! In today’s social media and online inclined world – there are ways of pushing through meaningful message, and yes here we are not taking of Fake News that social media has become so notoriously prone to!

India love cricket and our Prime Minister Modi is known to be a cricket enthusiast and fan of present Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, else he would not have made himself present to bless the newly wed couple on their wedding post Virat and Anushka went to his office with formal invite.

Now, these eminent social figures have taken up responsibility to popularise a noble fitness challenge that can very well go on to inspire the whole country to mind its fitness, keep the disease at bay and contribute collectively to build a healthy India!

Yes! This challenge can be shared further with even people who otherwise might literally be political adversaries. For instance, one of the eminent names PM Modi had extended this challenge to Karnataka CM H D Kumaraswamy.

The Prime Minister on posting his fitness video said, “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit.  I appeal to every Indian to devote some part of the day towards fitness. Practice any set of exercises you are comfortable with and you will see the positive difference it will make in your life! #FitnessChallenge #HumFitTohIndiaFit.”

“I am delighted to nominate the following for the #FitnessChallenge: Karnataka’s CM H D Kumaraswamy, India’s pride and among the highest medal winners for India in the 2018 CWG, Manika Batra and the entire fraternity of brave IPS officers, especially those above 40”, the Prime Minister added.

After all its inspiring the manner in which PM Modi has built India into a wellness empire for the world, which is celebrated in form of UN International Day of Yoga and reverberates in hearts and souls of people across the world reminding them of India’s rich legacy and traditions that inspires health!

Also, it got participation from Modi’s cabinet colleagues including IB Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Junior Minister at MHA Kiren Rijiju. Others will surely pitch in around the International Day of Yoga celebrations on 21st June 2018 be it at main function at Dehradun or elsewhere.

Rahul Gandhi, Congress President, who has now turning into an active politician and has sworn to put new challenges and rightly so question PM Modi on several issues before 2019 electors– should also take on this fitness challenge and hope Indian electorate start working on their fitness and uses this opportunity to know and choose the party that has most fit leaders in stock!
