Suresh Prabhu gets additional charge of Ministry of Civil Aviation

The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed that Suresh Prabhu, Cabinet Minister shall be assigned the charge of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, in addition to his existing portfolio. The developments come post the two ministers from Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP, Ashok Gajapathi Raju and YS Chowdary, submitted their resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi after he had a detailed talk presumably on the issue of special status to Andhra Pradesh.
